FOAMAXX QS PLUS

A cleaning agent that designed to produce foam for easy cleaning in high-wall areas, ceilings, machinery in food and beverage processing facilities such as tanks, filters, conveyor machines, and other hard-to-reach surfaces. Foamaxx QS Plus is also equipped with active Benzalkonium Chloride sanitation ingredients, allowing it to clean and sanitize surfaces simultaneously.

DOSAGE:

Rinse surface with warm water (40 – 60°C), foam with a 2-5% solution of Foamaxx QS Plus. Allow foam remain on the surface for 5-15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

CLEAN STEPS:

1. Dilute Foamaxx QS Plus with hot water 60ºC refer to surface soil level.
2. Spray the surface to be cleaned with Foamaxx QS Plus to remove any soil.
3. Rinse with warm water and air dry.

Greezaway NC (No Caustic) is highly effective product to clean grease and carbon stain, for use on oven, grill, deep fryer and combi-steamers as well as racks and supports. It is safe to clean any equipment made from soft metal such as aluminum, copper, brass etc.

VG WASH

VG WASH is a liquid chlorine sanitizer for use in sanitizing in processing, dairy and beverage industries. This versatile chlorine sanitation is used for sanitizing non-porous equipment surfaces that come into contact with food, controlling bacterial growth, and serving as a sanitation agent for fruits and vegetables, poultry conveyor systems, or fruit and vegetable conveyors.

DILUTION:

• Fruits & Vegetables                                                                                                        : 25 ppm
• Eggs                                                                                                                                   : 50 ppm
• Treatment of kitchen & food utensil stainless steel high grade material based: 200 ppm

This product degrades because of evaporation, use chlorine test kit and if necessary add the product, to obtain the required level of available chlorine.

CLEAN STEPS:

1. Vegetables & fruits: soak vegetables / fruit ± 1 minute, rinse with running ready to drink water.
2. Eggs: soak ± 1 minute, clean the egg shell & rinse.
3. Cups & glasses: after washing with a solution of GENERAL CLEANER, soak in the sink ± 1 minute sanitation, then drain.
4. Large equipment: after washing, sanitation process with a clean rag moistened VG WASH solution (not too wet), then let it dry. Replace the over use solution.

STAINAWAY SOAKING POWDER

STAINAWAY SOAKING POWDER Specially formulated to remove coffee, tea, herb, and spicy stains. It also enhances cleanliness and a clean appearance. It can be applied to china-ware, melamine, glass, stainless steel tableware, cutlery, cutting boards, and cooking utensils.

DIRECTIONS:

1. Use plastic or stainless steel container for soaking.
2. Dosage: 3-5 spoon for 5 liter warm water (45ºC)
3. Soaking process will remove stain properly between 10-15 minutes in warm STAINAWAY Soaking Powder solution (45ºC-55ºC).
4. Replace water while its already cold or dirty.
5. Rinse and dry properly.

SMOOTH

Used as a hand soap with the scent of apples and lemon equipped with anti-irritant formula. Maximum use can be obtained by using a dispenser suggested by representatives iCLEAN.

DIRECTION FOR USE:

CLEAN STEPS:

(1 – 2). Wet hands with water, apply enough soap to cover all hand surfaces.

(3 – 4). Rub hands palm to palm, Right palm over left dorsum with interlaced fingers and vice versa.

(5 – 6). Palm to palm with fingers interlaced, back of fingers to opposing palms with fingers interlocked.

(7 – 8). Rotational rubbing of left thumb clasped in the right palm and vice versa. Rotational rubbing backward and forwards with clasped finger of right in left palm and vice versa.

(9 – 12). Rinse hands with water, dry hands thoroughly with a single use towel then use ex towel to turn off faucet.

RINSEMAXX and RINSEMAXX PLUS are super concentrated liquid drying agent for dishwasher & glasswasher machine.

DILUTION: Automatic through iCLEAN’s dispenser setting.

CLEAN STEPS:

1. Make sure tableware is free from food & debris and already soaked in solution of STAINAWAY SOAKING POWDER before starting to wash.
2. KEEP CLEAN inside and outside of the Dishwasher.
3. Every time you wash, make sure there are no cutleries (steer stick, teaspoon, etc), crumb crust, tooth stick are inside dishwasher washing tank.
4. Replace the water in the washing tank of at least 3 times a day.
5. Empty the washing tank when not being used after closing time.

Q-SAN

Q-SAN is highly disinfectant that kills bacteria, germs and fungi. It is being used to sanitize all surface food preparation areas and equipment. It can be also used to sanitize all kinds of surfaces such as : bathroom, elevator and other public area with no need to final rinse with water.

DILUTION:

• Sanitize          : 200 ppm
• Desinfectant : 400 ppm
• Deodorizer    : 800 ppm

CLEAN STEPS:

1. Clean the surface by following GENERAL CLEANER procedure.
2. Wipe the surface by using mop with Q-SAN solution
3. Air dry.

GREEZAWAY

DOSAGE :

For this kind of stain:

• Heavy= 1 : 1 (GREEZAWAY : water)

• Light= 1 : 15 up to 20 (GREEZAWAY : water)

CLEAN STEPS:

1. Heat the surface prior cleaning (55ºC), then spray GREEZAWAY thoroughly on the surface.
2. Let GREEZAWAY stay on surface for at least 10 minutes.
3. Rub the surface with scrub pad to remove stubborn dirt ir stains.
4. Completely, rinse with clean water and continue with manual washing process *(wash-rinse-sanitation)
