SIAL Interfood is a leading food & beverage exhibition in Indonesia wash held recently on November 13-16, 2019 at The Jakarta International Expo, Kemayoran. The 2019 edition, LaCuisine Cooking Competition has presented their third competition at this prestigious exhibition – SIAL Interfood Indonesia.
Every year, LaCuisine Cooking Competition is always an interesting spotlight. “For the third year in a row, the competition has shown a significant increase in the quality and number of participants. This year the figure has reached 724 participants from Indonesia and overseas compared to last year around 500 participants”, said Chef Vindex Tengker, as an Advisor for the Associations of Culinary Professionals (ACP)
After more than five times the ACP has collaborated with iCLEAN, this year iCLEAN again provides great support to clean and sanitize the places and equipment in the cooking station. More than 30 personnel from the iCLEAN team are involved in supporting the cooking competition area. iCLEAN also presents their one and only Energy Saving Dishwashing Machine so that the cleaning and washing process of cooking equipment used during cooking competition was more effective and efficient.
“Cleanliness and sanitation are very important in the field of food & beverage industry, the role of iCLEAN is very important in the process of cleaning and sanitation in the cooking station area. Previous years iCLEAN has always provided the best support in the field of hygiene and sanitation, and in my opinion that iCLEAN was emphasize experience successful cases of conducting the cleaning business” added Chef Vindex.
Good response was also given by Chef Stefu as chairman of ACP to iCLEAN, “iCLEAN was considered very cooperative and presenting an innovative cleaning products, complement indeed. Those cleaning products are very effective for our heavy duty kitchen equipment and utensils, ACP hope that in the near future will keeping the good cooperation with iCLEAN. Well done!
